The meeting started at 10.10 hours.

When Bangkok Metropolitan Council member’s quorum. Mr. Khamron Komonsuphakit (Chairman of the Bangkok Metropolitan Council) Mr. Kitti Budsayaplakorn (The First Vice Chairman of the Bangkok Metropolitan Council) and Gen. Konecharnart Chunnabhata
(The Second Vice Chairman of the Bangkok Metropolitan Council) sat on the throne,
The Chairman of the Bangkok Metropolitan Council gave the opening speech and conduct the meeting under the agenda as following.

1. The matters notified by the Chairman of the BMC.

The Chairman of the BMC order to extend 1^st general meeting session of B.E. 2564 (2021) (1^st session) for another 15 days starting from 31^st January B.E. 2564 (2021) to 14^th February B.E. 2564 (2021).

– Acknowledged by the meeting.

2. The approval of the minutes of Bangkok Metropolitan Council’s 1^st general meeting
   (1^st session) of B.E. 2563 (2020)., on Wednesday, January 8, B.E. 2563 (2020) and 1^st general meeting (2^nd session) of B.E. 2563 (2020)., on Wednesday, January 15, B.E. 2563 (2020).

– The meeting has approved both of them.

3. The matters completed by the Committee.

3.1 Achievement Report of The Committee for Affair of the Bangkok Metropolitan Council.

– Acknowledged by the meeting.

3.2 Achievement Report of The Committee for Local Administration and Orderliness.

– Acknowledged by the meeting.

3.3 Achievement Report of The Committee for Checking the Minutes of the Sitting.

– Acknowledged by the meeting.

3.4 Achievement Report of The Committee for Cleanliness and Environment.

– Acknowledged by the meeting.

4. Pending matters.

Draft of Bangkok Regulation on service fees and remuneration for members and specialists in Research Projects for People, BE …. (pending consideration from 2^nd general meeting (2^nd session) B.E. 2563 (2020)).

– The Governor of Bangkok has proposed to withdraw the draft regulation. The meeting approved.

5. The matters proposed by the Governor of Bangkok

Draft of Bangkok Regulation on service fees and remuneration for committees and assigned attendants to review the Research Project, B.E. ….

– The meeting accepting the principles of the draft regulation. In the first agenda and appoint 15 members of the Ad Hoc Committee, amendment time within 5 working days.

The meeting was adjourned at 11.15 hours.
