Appointment of the Bangkok Metropolitan Council’s 12 Standing Committees, 2021.

                  ด้วยในคราวประชุมสภากรุงเทพมหานคร สมัยประชุมสามัญ สมัยแรก (ครั้งที่ 1) ประจำปีพุทธศักราช 2564 เมื่อวันพุธที่ 27 มกราคม 2564 ที่ประชุมได้มีมติตั้งคณะกรรมการสามัญประจำสภากรุงเทพมหานคร จำนวน 12 คณะ ตามข้อ 83 แห่งข้อบังคับการประชุมสภากรุงเทพมหานคร พ.ศ. 2562

                   อาศัยอำนาจตามความในมาตรา 38 แห่งพระราชบัญญัติระเบียบบริหารราชการกรุงเทพมหานคร พ.ศ. 2528 และข้อ 83 ข้อ 84 และข้อ 85 แห่งข้อบังคับการประชุมสภากรุงเทพมหานคร พ.ศ. 2562 แก้ไขเพิ่มเติม (ฉบับที่ 2) พ.ศ. 2563 ประกอบกับมติที่ประชุมสภากรุงเทพมหานครดังกล่าวข้างต้น จึงแต่งตั้งคณะกรรมการสามัญประจำสภากรุงเทพมหานคร

                   On 27^th January 2021, in Bangkok Metropolitan Council’s general meeting (1^st session), the 12 Standing Committees of Bangkok Metropolitan Council are appointed by virtue of Section 83 of Bangkok Metropolitan Council Meeting Regulations, B.E. 2562 (2019).

                   By virtue of Section 38 of Bangkok Metropolitan Administration Organization Act, B.E. 2562 (2019) and the additional amendment (Second Edition) B.E. 2563 (2020) and Section 83, Section 84, Section 85 of Bangkok Metropolitan Council Meeting Regulations, B.E. 2562 (2019) stated that the 12 Standing Committees of Bangkok Metropolitan Council comprise as follows;

• The Committee for Affair of the Bangkok Metropolitan Council
• The Committee for Checking the Minutes of the Sitting
• The Committee for Education
• The Committee for Public Works and Utilities
• The Committee for Health
• The Committee for Cleanliness and Environment
• The Committee for Economic, Finance and Budget
• The Committee for Local Administration and Orderliness
• The Committee for Community Development and Social Welfare
• The Committee for Traffic and Transportation
• The Committee for Drainage and Sewerage
• The Committee for Culture, Tourism and Sports
